Cancelled Accounts are usually charged for development, or service time labor completed at our standard hourly rate of $150.00.

All our new products carry a full 1-year warranty, and used/refurbished products carry a limited 1 year warranty.

Refunds are granted within the first 15 days of purchase, unless specified as non-refundable.

Websites created by KnowIT Solutions, belong to their respective development contract signed owner(s).
